I need some new chicken recipes that are low cal, GOOD, and not loaded with sodium! Any suggestions?

Oh... and no chicken with bones. I mean boneless breasts, strips, or tenderloins!

Apply heat to chicken. Eat chicken.

    Or my favorite:
Apply salt or seasoned salt to chicken. Apply heat to chicken. Eat chicken.

    If you feel like gourmet:
Apply BBQ sauce to chicken. Apply heat to chicken. Eat chicken.

Personally, I just buy Boarshead Salsalito turkey and eat that by itself, it's really tasty. Something I will eat it with Boarshead Smoked Gouda, which is even better. IMO turkey is generally tastier than chicken, and it's lower fat in general as well.

    My favorite:

Chicken tenderloins and Newman's own pineapple salsa. Throw the chicken in a crockpot and pour the jar of salsa over it and cook on low for around 6 hours. Tastes amazing and the chicken stays moist and delicious all week.

    Could not get any easier.
