well its soon to be that wonderful time of year again with all the back yard bbq going on. with family and friends and the guest of honor FOOD. i am feeling nevous that i will not be able to stay on track . do anyone have any helpful suggestions on how to survive a bbq and still remain on track?

We BBQ all of our food, all year round. Here is a novel idea. Keep track of your calories like you do when you cook on the stove.0
