does anyone know of any good cardio work outs on netflex streaming? im totally bored with what i been doing

    I don't know about netflix but I know there are some great ones that are free on hulu.

    I don't do cardio, so I have no personal experience, but there are a bunch of dance workouts there, and maybe a kickboxing one.

    i use to have the channel but didnt use it so it went away haha.

    There are several under the main title of Crunch with various different workouts like abs, boot camp, total reshape, pilates and a few more. Hope this helps :)

    i found some titles on the website maybe i should just do some yoga since im pretty fried.

    They have some yoga on there, too...my IQ is full of every workout video I could find...love Netflix!
