i cheated

i cheated so bad today. i have lost a total of 21lbs in less than 1month and today, i ate chick fil a, fries, nuggets, a chicken burger and lots of fatty sauce. i feel like i have failed. does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to not feel like this ? i regret everything i just ate. :(

    You've lost 21 pound already which is fantastic - so, you know what to do.
    Don't waste your energy on regret - that's just self indulgent.
    It would be more productive to put that energy into planning a healthy day's meals and exercise for tomorrow.
