Just starting...again. I've gradually been gaining weight since my pre-menopause days, thyroid disease and having my gall bladder removed. Prior to my gall bladder surgery, I had lost 35 lbs. on WW. I gained that back, then another 25 lbs. post surgery. I'm just gonna start and keep taking it day by day. Bless my daughter who keeps encouraging me to go to the gym, but living in a small town, it's kind of embarrassing. I guess I need to stop being so vain and be smart. I want to be healthier, more energetic and just feel better in general. Anyone else out there having similar feelings?
