Mmmmmmm can't find thread but,

I'll post anyway ..:laugh:

Joined MFP @ 161

Began Challenge @ 159

Valentine Weigh in ...................151 lbs ( missed x 2lbs)


Valentines Target ......... was 149

But thats 10 lbs in 6 weeks ......

I'm pretty pleased with that, after having to go away for 10 days
and break my routine .....( & visit bars :drinker: )

Now to set new short term target ..:sad:

Keep focused guys n girls :glasses:

    I was gonna start a new one for the final weigh in's but may as well use this as you are keen!! :wink:

    Well started challenge 197lbs
    goal was 180lbs

    weigh today.............182lbs!!

    Also 2lbs off but not too bad!!!

  • Started this challenge at 270 and my goal was to lose 15 lbs....and I did it!!!!!! weight today is 255, so I reached my goal exactly!!!!!!! I've been at 255 for over a week so I thought I would surpass my goal, but no such luck......

    Good job everyone.
    My goal was to loose 7 pounds
    Started at 145
    And today I weigh 144,,, big *$#&%$%$ deal...
    I am sooo frustrated, I don't know what I am doing wrong.
    Anyways happy valentines day.

    I think this is going in two different topics, I am going to post here too:

    I missed my goal by many, many pounds...

    But as I am learning, progress is not only measured by weight. My legs are much more muscular and I am able to run a full hour on the treadmill. I am also getting my favorite monthly visitor so this deadline/challenge has very bad timing

    Anyway here are my results...

    Started 1/15 - 148
    Ended at 143 (when my goal was 135)
