Need some motivation!

Hey, I have been on my weight loss journey for 6 months and 13 days!
I was so strict with my diet at first and was doing great for 3 months. In those 3 months I had lost almost 18kgs and I was becoming happier and healthier. Then I started to get sick of counting calories and seeing all my friends eat and drink what they want and I started to become depressed. I then started to introduce the bad foods back in and have binge eating sessions and saw that I was still losing weight, so I started eating more and more junk food and started putting on weight. Which made me depressed and eat more, so now for 3 months I have been eating heaps of junk food and have put on 3 or 4kgs. I have no will power and no inner strength but I need something to make me get back to the way I was when I started. My biggest problem is saying no and I either am really good with my diet and bad with exercise or i'm really good with my exercise and bad with my diet. Please someone give me some kind words of encouragement. Xo
