Hi all... i've gone from 182lbs in june 2011 and this is the picture that inspired me to change!! My after is from 3days ago and 136.4lbs... 8lbs still to go!
Its funny that i didn't really think i looked that different until i put these pics together.
Please be nice to me!! :)

    I know what you mean. I knew I had changed and that I looked different, but I did not realize how much till I saw a picture in the same shirt and in the same setting. Its amazing the difference. I made my profile pic the two pictures. Good luck to you and your journey. I have 20 more to go. We can do it.:wink:
