5 ingredient Häagen-Dazs!

Woweee...... saw this at the store last nite for the first time!
Was someone reading my mind or what? :laugh:

I posted a topic the other day "7 Rules for Healthy Eating"
and one item said eat things that have no more than 5 ingredients!

Häagen-Dazs generally has few ingredients.... but still very fattening!!! :sad:
Most other ice creams list many inches of ingredients. :sick:

Do a Google search for: "5 ingredients or less"
Lots of recipes and info comes up.

Yes, I've seen this--yummy!! Keep in mind the portions are smaller but the fat makes it ever so much more satisfying--there are a couple of threads going on about eating enough fat, and the one about Nancy Snyderman's book.

There is this little gourmet ice cream shop in my neighborhood that makes ultra super premium ice cream (OK, that might not be an accurate rating, but ice cream is graded by the fat content)--people line up down the block for it, even in winter
