Hi all!

I have been trying to lose weight for years with little success. Admittedly I have not always tried as hard as I should have. I haven't wanted to give up what I've been eating and I haven't been motivated to exercise regularly. Almost two years ago now I was given a wake up call and while I didn't get off to a good start I found some motivation and got on track. Now I find my motivation fading, it's harder to stay off the sugar when I should be used to it, I don't want to walk when I get home from work. So. I'm here and I have been for a week. I think you guys seem quite supportive and hopefully being here will maintain my motivation for the last 15kg. I have fished around and found some pics for before, during and what I want to get back to.
