Hey Everybody! I live in Manitou Springs and am looking to connect with other Coloradians.
I'm now on day #4 using MFP and feel encouraged that it will help me get into shape. I had knee surgery 5 weeks ago - so I'm in the recovery process, but not able to excercise. I can hobble around, limp from here to there...but am probably 4-6 weeks away from doing intense workouts. In order to lose weight, looks like I have to focus on my diet, with the goal of losing 1.5 lbs/week.
I'm interested in seeing what has worked for others. Feel free to friend me - I'm always eager to meet new people and share the journey.
