Any of you take fat burners?

If so, which brand works best for you?

I only took them in the beginning of my transformation program (for the first two months) and once I saw it no longer needed i cut them of. Now I prefer to shed the extra lbs without the supps. help. Personally I think that they are good to give you a push, especially if you're a beginner like I was, but I'd recommend to not depend on them too much. Once you tried them for a period of time, I'd say you better cut them and let your body do its own job and loose fat by adjusting your diet.

I took SUPER HD - CELLUCOR

EC Stack is probably the most effective.

I am taking fucothin by garden of life. It takes 6 weeks to really kick in, so you have to be patient. I've been taking it since 4/26, so about 4 weeks solid now. I don't mind taking this because it is not a central nervous system stimulant...and the product was properly tested...it is what I consider to be natural...I plan on posting a topic on fucothin in a few weeks, especially if I see results ( I expect to).

Try to stay away from fat burners with 1.3 dimethylamylamine - the FDA recently sent out reports to all companies that manufacture products with this ingredient. They will most likely take the products off the shelf since the deaths of two US soldiers who collapsed during physical training who had 1.3 dimethylamylamine in their system.

I wonder what else they had in their systems-- that the fda approved? Just a thought. However, thank-you kindly for the heads-up on that chemical.

Tried but it did not help. In fact, I am against using fat burning medication unless instructed and supervised by doctors.

I recently read about a study where they discovered that Oolong tea has around twice the fat burning power as green tea. They both come from the same plant and I love them both, steep them together regularly. Oh and it's strongly recommended to use loose leaf, bagged tea is kinda bottom of the barrel.

For someone as lean as you, alpha-yohimbine can be very helpful (not much point until <10% BF as a guy or <18% BF as a female). Plain yohimbine works as well, but the psychological effects can be brutal, so I won't touch it.

Yohimbine+caffeine+L-tyrosine with fasted cardio is great for burning through the last couple % of body fat.
