Honestly, taking monthy progress photos is what keeps me going. I don't notice a difference in my body day-to-day, until I look back at how far I've come. I started this journey weighing 205lbs, and weighed in at 180.4lbs this morning. I'm so proud of myself, even though the loss has been slow. I have a long ways to go, but I'm soo much healthier already. Feel free to add me, or if you're on tumblr: 2012-willbemyyear.tumblr.com.

    Looking good so far Miss! If I had looked that good at 180 I probably would've stayed there! :)

    Totally Awesome! I weighed and lost about the same amount. Huge difference. Wish I had pics though to see the progress. I think you inspired me to start taking some regular photos.
