Does anyone have a favorite Jell-O and Fruit combination? Or even fruit salad recipe that's easy to make?

    Raspberry jello & unsweetened peaches.
    Lime jello & pears.
    Lemon jello & shredded carrots.
    Cranberry jello & unsweetened peaches or peeled diced apple(I rinse the apple in oj to reduce browning)
    I do like jello.

    Lemon Jell-O and shredded carrots??? Are the carrots cooked first? I'm trying to imagine the texture.

    Oh no! Grate them with the cheese grater and stir them in when the jello begins to thicken. It's a common pot-luck salad dish, or at least it has been in the circle I grew up in. It's only a carrot, maybe 2, not a huge amount.
