What is this all about?I lost 13 lbs after three months of eating right (w/cheats and excercising 4-5 hours per week). I wanted to wait another 3 months to go on the scale. I felt pretty good today (about 21/2 mos) and got on. What a bunch of BS. I have had no weight loss at all. But, I have gone down 2 sizes in clothes. I'm wearing clothes right now that I bought when I weighed 25 lbs less. I know, I know... muscle weighs more than fat but my BMI still indicates that I'm obese and I don't care I want to weigh LESS!!! WTH?

Hang tight. The scale lies desperately. If you are down 2 sizes, you are doing great. Weight can fluctuate on the time of day, the time of the month, how much sodium you've had in the last few days.......0
