Hi Everyone:

My name is Deirdre. I've heard of MFP a few times, but my eye doctor is the one that convinced me to join. Imagine that! I go to get my eyes examined and she teaches me how to use the website, and encourages me to join. I'm hoping to be inspired and inspire others on their journey to good health.
