Going over protien is fine- MFP has protien set pretty low.

Protein keeps me full, so I don't worry about too much.

you can go into the settings and change the % of fat, protein and carbs to help balance better to your style.

I'll second that! MFP DOES tend to go too low with their protein allowance! So don't worry about going over on it.

I consider the Protein and Fiber numbers in MFP to be minimums rather than maximums.

I don't worry about being over, just under.

I seem to have the same problem of going over on protien and a little over on carbs but I seem to have a couple of hundred calories to go. tonight I have over 400 hundred calories to go. I am making healthy choices, I don't know, I am trying to stay on track, I am such a junk food junky

the personal trainer i saw said you want to always eat protein within 4 hours of your workout to help repair your muscles and keep them from getting sore... i always go over on my protein.
