I keep seeing people eating "fluff" what is it?

  • Fluff is a marshmallow cream. Many people spread it in a sandwich with peanutbutter and call it a FLUFFERNUTTER sandwich. Others use it as an ingredient in FUDGE. Or as an ice cream topping. It is also used in a creamy fruit dip I have had and it is also used in a dish we call RICE KRISPY TREATS which is made with Rice Krispy cereal, butter and marshmallows.
    Does that help?

So it's not super healthy? I just saw a lot of people saying they were eating it and wasn't sure... Thanks!

They're probably talking about protein fluff. It's basically whipped protein powder and other ingredients. Check out the protein fluff group.

They could be talking about protein fluff, too. I've never tried it (don't have the tools :( ) but it looks good
