Is It Just Me?

Ever since I started working out, I've noticed I do something really strange when I'm relaxing (lying down, sitting, reclining).

I tend to tighten my abdominal muscles in an improvised "mini-crunch." I do it multiple times whenever I'm relaxing for hours at a time. Is this normal? Is it just me?

I wish I could log it as an exercise. :laugh:
