Started working out more and gained a pound

Any ideas????
I increased my food intake as well but figured the exercise would help. The diary is open and I have made some less then awesome choices as of late so constructive critisism is good. Also I work 12hr shifts some night some day so it may look like they're are skipped meals in the day. I chart from midnight to midnight for that reason.

I did not look at your diary.... but one pound is nothing. That's water weight... or maybe you haven't pooped in a day or two. Don't sweat the small stuff. It's long term trends you need to be more worried about.0
