I have about 10-15 pounds to go until my goal weight of 130 lbs. I try to go to the gym about 4-6 times a week to do cardio, but I'm hoping to incorperate weight lifting to really work toward a toned, muscley body. I would love to share some support with you as we work toward our goals!
