Healthy + Convenient

Sometimes you just need healthy and lo-cal to be EASY, right? I know I do. So I was excited to find these GoPicnic meals to replace my Lean Cuisines and impossibly-high-sodium Progresso soups:

They're shelf-stable meals that include some kind of crackers, a protein source (like sunflower butter), something fruity (trail mix with dried fruit or similar) and even dessert, for 400-500 calories. Some of them look essentially like a sane version of Lunchables. I haven't tried them yet but I've ordered some to keep on hand for those days when there's just not time to pack a lunch, or when I'm not sure what I'll be facing come lunchtime.
Anybody here tried these already? What did you think?
