I was just wondering if anyone else was doing a combination of all of Jillian Michael's workout dvds: 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, and Banish Fat Boast Metabolism like I am. :blushing: My questions for those of you who do or have done:
Did you get any results/did it work for you?
Did you personally like the workouts?
Do you still do these dvds as part of your routine?

I started doing these dvds about three weeks ago. My friend got them for me (yeah, she's great! ^^ she's doing them too). And boy with the help of calorie counting I've gotten NOTICEABLE results . My abdominal area looks completely different. I lost about 2 inches =D=D (with the help of probiotics for that first inch since that was just gas I believe, I have to take medicine that kills my digestion). My back fat is decreasing. My thighs esp. around the knees are getting CUT (i lost an inch around the largest area of my thighs both of them in May - June though). My arms are getting more tone (I think...I can't realllyyy tell, but my brother said I got "stronger" just a bit lol). That totalled to about 5 pounds in a month, but really I think it took my body a whole month to respond (I started getting serious with the exercise in mid May, but wasn't counting cals).

I know I shouldn't expect crazy results like this for the next month and I won't be. I don't want to lose another five pounds in a month! I don't have much to lose like 10 pounds is what I ideally want to lose as I'm 4' 11.75''. And I want all of that to be FAT not muscle haha.

Okay this post has gotten long so I shall stop now.

I do the 30 day shred, and some other biggest loser interval workouts. They have made a HUGE difference on my body and I am developing very attractive upper body muscles...I love it!!!!!

And by the way, it doesn't stop working...you work out to your personal max...add heavier weights as you go...and you keep benefitting.

Do these workouts require a lot of equipment?
  • Nope! Just requires weights.

Yes, I know. It's still difficult for me @_@! I have to take breaks but fewer now. The 50 minute workouts especially killllll. I don't think I'm going to be upping my weights anytime soon haha.
