Stress eating sabotaging my weight loss

I know this subject has been spoken about before...but I just need a few strategies to help me. I lost about 16lbs prior to Easter and was doing really well, and then a chain of events happened and I started to overeat through stress and have gained most of what I lost.

Just wondering what everybody does when stressed instead of over eating? I gave up smoking last year and turned to chocolate, I then gave up the chocolate and started eating sensibly, but now I am under alot of stress with my youngest son who has autism and anxiety issues. Im a single mom to 3 children and cant just get out for a walk or a workout when stressed, which would really help. At mealtimes I eat lots of veg and fruit and really healthily, but when Im stressed I crave processed junk food! Thank you!!!
