Heallth vs. Weight

 Both your health and your weight are worthy topics. It appears to me that more people are concerned about their weight, especially if they are overweight as I was. My weight was more obvious to other people than my health. Since we are an image conscious society, many people are more concerned about how they look than how they feel or how long they will live. If we focus our eating on health our weight will take care of itself. Watching you weight is like watching grass grow. I am new to myfitnesspal, and I think it will be great for me. I have already lost 50 pounds on my own but want to lose 10 more. My advice would be to pack as much nutrition as possible (vitamins, minerals, etc) into every calorie you consume. This will keep you healthier and less hungry.
