30DS Before And After

I took a lot longer then 30 days to finish the 30DS, as I was writing my dissertation and doing exams at papers etc all the way through, as well as taking weekends off for travel.
It was my only form of exercise other than walking (I don't drive so I walk everywhere) and I got results!
I also ate well the majority of the time (I don't eat dairy or much meat at all, mainly fish and vegetables and whole grains) and stuck to 1750cal a day.
I lost half an inch here and there but no weight at all, but I'm not overly concerned with numbers on the scale, I just wanted to get stronger and fitter
BEFORE:
AFTER:
I don't think the results were overly dramatic, but I can now do full military press-ups and full situps, and I'm moving on to six week six pack and training for a 5k. The additional cardio from the running will give me a higher fat burn and I should see more of a transformation then.
30DS is amazing, it really works, even if you're lax about it like me!

Because the pics are on different levels of the page it's kind of hard to really compare. But you sides are smaller or smoother, let's say... and your hips too, have shrunk, or at least that's how it looks from here. Something is improved that's for sure
Plus, the newly acquired strength is a big big success, cuz this is what's gonna take you even further
Good luck!0
