Low sodium meal/snack ideas?
just looked at the little report thing and my sodium intake is out of control. Granted, my food in general wasn't great yesterday. BBQs are so hard!! lol
I am going to be looking at labels ALOT harder now but need some suggestions from those of you watching your sodium (or those who have been doing this whole "know what your eating" thing longer than I have). I would also love some new options because A. it's easy and B. I'm not a creative cook at all.
Thanks!
Pris

Raw almonds, walnuts, pine nuts. No salt, just in their pure form. Great for snack, just watch the calories!0

I have to watch my sodium, I snack a lot and don't cook much:
fresh fruit (particularly fiber rich fruits like apples)
greek yogurt
Kashi granola bars (on occasion)
celery stuffed with a little bit of peanut butter
nuts
hard boiled eggs
carrot sticks/red peppers/broc/celery with a tablespoon or two of hummus0
