depression and blood sugar...help!

Hello everyone,

I am really struggling lately with feeling very depressed and moody. I am thinking maybe it has something to do with my blood sugar or something? Honestly, it is so bad and is even jeopardizing my relationships...which just makes me want to eat for comfort! Anyway, has anyone else struggled with emotional effects of changing your eating? How long will it last and how can I make it go away? Maybe should I increase my sugar intake a little? Also, does anyone else feel sick to their stomach at first? That is how I have been feeling all week and my diet is the only thing I can think of....

    Are you eating enough calories or drinking enough water?

    When i don't eat enough, or add in snacks between meals, i feel a bit ill and irritable and its probably due to sugar levels raising and dipping.
