I was told by my Nutritionist and trainer that i should be eating 6x a day,,, I need help in good snacking tips between each meal,, my problem is i am not a fruit eater. However i will consume fruits in Smoothie form for easy and quick consumption.. Any Suggestions?

    try popcorn....plain homemade popcorn

    My suggestion would be to find out why your trainer is recommending that you eat six times per day.

    naked juice is great. has alot of fruit in it

    I typically eat 5-6 times per day too. Nobody every told me I "should", but I find that I don't get as hungry and am able to have more will power if I eat more often. Maybe that's the trainer's reason? I've also heard that it keeps your metabolism going to give your body fuel more often. Whatever. I do it cause I feel better. Anywayyy.. I like to eat mini babybel light cheeses, a piece of whole grain bread with natural peanut butter or nutella (if I want junk food), cucumber and tomato salads with balsamic vinegar, berries, pita chips (but make sure you watch your serving size), yogurt, trail mix (again, watch the portions. I like the emerald breakfast packs), protein bars with minimal crappy ingredients (mojo and luna are my favorites)..

    I love having a piece of low fat string cheese.
