I love webmd.com it's a great site for very reliable health and medical information. Check this out. I'm gonna have to start eating some cinnamon and cabbage I guess. (I'm warning the wife about this one) :tongue:

    Thanks for sharing - the one that made me crack a smile was purslane. I plant it every year for it's flowers and it grows wild in the cracks of the sidewalk here. I thought I should wait until June (it's peak) and go sit out in the front yard on my busy street - and see what kind of looks I would get "grazing" the front yard.

    Thats funny!! :laugh: I can just see it . . . LOL! Maybe we should all do it at the same time . . .
    The cinnamon one I've heard a lot about recently. I started putting about 1/8 tsp in my coffee everyday. I really like it and I guess it's good for me too :happy:
