If you use this..
Age 32
Weight 184
Male
5'10''
5 Times a Week, Intense
Mifflin-St Jeor Advanced Setting
It gives me
maintenance of.............. 2754
Fat Loss............. 2203
Extreme Fat Loss............ 1652
By putting in your daily Activity level. Doesn't it already give you your Calories to eat back? Or would one still go by there NET Calories using MFP? If I pickthe Katch-McCardle Setting all the Numbers go up by 300 or so.

if you select 5 Times a Week, Intense then it includes your exercise in the estimated TDEE and sets the deficits from there, so you just eat the number you want from below and no need to log exercise or do this "eat back" crap.

The Katch - McArdle and other equations will give you different numbers and one of them might even be right within 10%. You only get to find out by having it measured or trying it and seeing what the deficit is.0 -

What would one recommend for carbs then? I've been kind of cycling them.0
