I want to lose my last 10 lbs in the next 4-5 weeks as im going on holiday then. Is this a healthy amount in that period of time, as i lost 15lbs in 2 months.
I'm not planning on doing drastic dieting or anything just sticking to eating the right cals, fat etc etc amounts and doing my exercise which is really paying off, but iv looked online and people who have said they want to lose 10lbs in 4-5 weeks have been told its unrealitic and unhealthy :indifferent:
thanks sean

No this seems ok, 2lbs per week is fine, just be sensible and dont starve yourself, watch out of empty cals to.

It is possible. However, I would suggest working on muscle toning. You might not loose all the weight, but the muscle looks better than fat and will help continue to burn more fat while on holiday.
Have fun and Good Luck. :happy:0
