Exercise sneaking in

Don't you find that it is soooo much easier to exercise in the summer.

I realised today that I have exercised at least an hour every day from wednesday, whilst I only aim to do my 1.5 hour fitness session every week. Wednesday and Thursday I did a 10 mile bicycle ride with a friend, followed by a long walk on Friday for work purpose ( I could have driven, but why drive when the sun is out?) my usual 1.5 hour gym session followed on Saturday, but as the weather was nice I cycled there and back ( 40 mins) today we went ice skating (!) for 2 hours and I am dying to go for a bicycle ride again ( but daughter prefers to stay in the garden).

I am not sure if it is the enthusiasm caused by loosing weight and feeling fit, or wether it is the weather ( or both). Do any of you find that daily exercise is sneaking in, even though you are not aiming for it?

Ps; I did make myself exercise every day last year, and got exercise fatigue after 11 months, hence I m not pushing myself this year.
