So I am 24 years old, 5'1" and I weigh 158lbs. My target range in 100 - 120lbs and I started adipex today and have done pilates. I struggle with self motivation but I am currently at my heaviest. I started gaining weight last year when I stopped smoking and began baking for parties. I hope I can change my lifestyle to support healthy living.

Hi! I am coming back to this website since I fell off the bandwagon from when I first joined. I lost weight but once I stopped my diet and exercise I gained it back plus some : / . I'm 26, 5'7, and now at 175 (which is my heaviest ever). My goal is 120-130. I also lack self motivation but I am not happy with the way I look or feel about myself so here I am trying to do something about it! Good luck in meeting your weight goals!!!!0
