Friends i have been striving from the last 7-8 months to change my self..

I have seen change in the scale but somehow i want to to know a frank and honest opinion

Is there a visible change in me

I know there is still a long way to go. have not even reached half my goal but still just wanted to check am i going in the right direction

    You look great in the after pic, would love to see a better before pic, but definitely notice changes in the arms and face! Great work, keep it up!!

    First of all, you are beautiful!!!

    Keep up the good work and don't get frustrated. Compliments are nice, but let your clothes tell you how you are doing and don't rely to heavily on the scale or other people's comments.
