    there is no turning back now..this was not a diet or a get slim fast thing...this was a decision i made to be more healthier for my self and my family...i worked my butt off, and i will cont until i reach my goal so thank u

    Sorry if i offended, you have worked very hard and you will inspire alot ppl to keep motivated, im one of those ppl, its just in my own experience i lost alot weight a few years back(quickly) but i gained it back just as fast and i know why i did cause i went back to eating not exercising etc. I gotta come to terms its a lifelong commitment, not just lose weight and then go back to no exercising at all :)
