    G'day from Down Under in Australia! I am fairly new here too. Someone mentioned this site on another weightloss forum and I liked the sound of the food and exercise diaries. Lost 12 kilos since February, only another kilo since joining here, too many Family celebrations around this time of year but hope to really get back on track soon.
    I live in Newcastle, which is about 100 miles north of Sydney on the East Coast. It is winter here right now. :)
