30 lbs weight loss

I hope this picture works. Anywho since January I have lose 30 lbs and can now fit into some size 10's . Hopefully with a few more lbs I will fit into more siz 10's. Here is a pic of some size 10 shorts I bought recently to celebrate.

Looking great!!!!! I was recently diagnosis also about 1.5 months ago. That diagnosis got me up and doing some type of exercise everyday (most Sundays a rest day) and eating healthier. You are so motivating to me. Thanks for posting

First thanks to everyone and your nice comments I appreciate them! I have been diagnosed for 8 years and 4 years ago I was told I am type 1 than type 2 and there was a misdiagnosis. Either way I have been messing around for years and I finally decided to be serious because I do not want complications. Glad to help and I wish you the best!!!!

Awwwww that is awesome to hear! I believe you can do it and it is an amazing feeling when you can! It is hard at times but trust me stick with it no matter how hard it is sometimes (such as during certain times of the month ha ha)
