Tips for Getting Up and Exercising

Hello y'all!

For those of you who get up in the morning and immediately work out, I would like to start doing this. More precisely, I would like to start a morning run, but I always find myself sluggish and hungry. What is your morning routine? Do you drink anything/eat anything beforehand, or do you just wake up, put on your stuff, and go?

    I wake up anywheres between 4:30 and 5:00 to workout at 5:30. I do this because my 2 year old doesn't take naps during the day which makes it hard to exercise. I get up, take an oxy elite pro and my iron pill, eat a piece of peanut butter toast and wait a half an hour and I'm ready to go hard.
