Does Green Tea really help you lose weight?

It supposedly in larger amounts increases metabolism. I'm not sure it's true though. I'm sure you can google it and find tons of info! I have a friend who drinks a ton of it and swears by it!0

I can't say for sure, because I do love me some Diet Lipton Green Tea.
But from personal experience, back in 2006 I lost 80lbs (walking, eating better and drinking nothing but water and diet green tea) I dont know if the greentea contributed in anyway, I'd only started drinking it because I heard on a website it was supposed to help in losing weight.0 -
Yes it a stimulant. Speeds up metabolism and gets your heart pumping alittle faster which in theory raises your internal temp a little bit and thats always good as far as weight loss is concerned.0
