Recently I have set my activity level as sedentary as I was off work due to an operation.I am back to work now and am on my feet for most of the day, either doing 6 or 12 hour shifts.I work in a care home for the elderly.
Should I add this as exercise everyday I work and just keep my level at sedentary? Or should I move it to lightly active? On my days off which is maybe twice a week I go for a half an hour walk.I'm trying to maintain my weight of 117lb
Thank you!

I would set it at lightly active for 2 wks and see how it goes. Adjust it up or down from there as necessary.0

I would keep it as is. After a week or two if you find that the calorie threshold is too low or you're losing weight you could always increase it to "Lightly Active," or just eat a bit more.0

Thanks everyone I think i'll keep it as it is for the moment and if i see a noticeable weight loss,i'll adjust as needed.0

Chances are your activity level is higher than you think. I work a desk job, so set my activity level to sedentary. It was at least 300 cals underestimating!0
