I signed up to MFP a few days ago, along with my grandma,mom, and aunt
Who are my only friends right now! I never thought I would be on the forums or here to socialize, but I've spent half of today browsing and reading people's stories and such, and it seems kind of fun, so here I am! I am 26 years old, and am at my heaviest weight. I want to lose about 25-30 lbs. I am a yo yo dieter, and I am trying to grasp the concept that eating healthy will get me to my goals, lol. I am the one to complain, "ughhh I'm so fat!....mmm chips" I have a lot of mind changing to do. This week, I am on a "soup" diet, which I know is not very healthy, but I am doing it as a jump start to my, hopefully, new healthy lifestyle. (Just in case anyone sees my diary and wonders why I am only eating soup lol) Today is day 2 and after day 7, back to eating healthy and I am excited to track my progress!
