NSV knees

I have been doing this for three weeks now and as part of my exercise each day have either walked much more or done some steps at home. Before this my knees killed me just going up the stairs.
Yesterday I went to London and had to walk up and down loads of steps on the underground. I kept waiting for my knees to start hurting and they didn't, not once, not even a twinge!!
This is a huge difference to me in such a short while and has given me so much motivation to keep going.
