Hi,

My name is Hannah, I'm 28 and have one son who's three this year. Until the beginning of this year I hadn't done any exercise in a long while and still had the weight I put on when I was pregnant. In January, on an impulse I went to a zumba class and absolutely loved it. Despite going to zumba up to 6 times a week I haven't lost any weight, apart from a few pounds so now I'm watching what I eat, making better choices and mixing up my exercise a bit to try and get back to 9st. I have toned up and changed shape but I still want to loose some and get rid of my belly.

At the moment I'm 5ft and 9st9/10/11-hovering around the same. I haven't an end date in mind, seems futile when I seem to be stuck unable to loose weight.
