Insanity Results with pics

Finished my Insanity today. It was quite a challenge for me and great kick to my journey back to my old Navy fitness level. What a great feeling of accomplishment! Lost 20.2 pounds and 13.75 inches total. Inches were combined from 1.25 off the neck, 5 off the waist, 2 off the hips, 3.5 off the chest, and 2 off the thighs.

Thank you! I plan on taking a week off, then I am going to do it all over again. After that I was thinking Yoga.
