    I'm having raspberry syrup in my drink tonight. It's sugar free, so it's probably about as effective as the ketones. :)

    Two of my co-workers bought them..No results as of yet, and I'm down 20 pounds! It's your choice, but I vote...save your money and buy some veggies :)
