So I saw a lot of people using "HRM" and went to look it up. I am new to the whole fitness thing but I am wondering what are some good HRMs to go with fitbit.
The EMT that took my blood pressure and pulse at the doctor's office said I should keep an eye on my pulse so this would be handy.
