Weekend Challenges

Hi. My name is Christa and I am in my first week on this. I am very committed to losing the pounds and inches and I did real well with food and exercise all week, but come Saturday and Sunday I bombed. Between my husbands birthday, and the movie night (that is what his present was), I had no will power to not eat. I ate smaller than normal portions, and kept track of everything, but then once I entered it in, I realized it put me way over.
How do others control their willpower on the weekends around family that doesn't exercise and/or eats high fat foods?
I am struggling with this, but would like to kick the bad habits. Any suggestions?
