Every monday I'm bloated

I'm soooooo sick of this. It really puts me in a bad mood on a monday.

I'm bloated, very sore/hard tummy/crampy, tired, hot and cranky. I'm trying to think back to what I ate yesterday that might have triggered it as I suffer with it alot. Nothing jumps out at me.

It's not from lack of bowel movement as I was fine over the weekend. I purposely drank more water all weekend and anyway for once, it was actually hot here in Ireland so I was hot and had to drink.

I'm beginning to think I am allergic to work! I got up this morning and I could straigt away feel a cramp starting on my RHS. It got progressively worse as then morning went on and it comes in waves but it's still there. I'm trying to keep moving to alleviate the cramps etc.

I went to acupuncture a while back for a few sessions and it really helped. I need to go back. I'm taking aloe vera digestive aid juice, plus chelated magnessium too. But I don't take them regularily.

Supposed to be going to the gym tonight also, this doesn't help matters when I'd just rather veg on the sofa in my jammies:-(

    Sorry to hear you are suffering, I am the same on a Monday morning but not for the same reason it is because I sabotage myself at the weekends, so I get the bloated, squeezed into my work clothes feeling!

    I am definitely allergic to work too, have a boring admin and as also actually hot in England at the moment really did not want to come in this morning!!

    Good Luck with the Gym, you could always go for a nice walk in the sunshine instead :D
