Lazygirl pizza

I promised to post this last time I logged it and had lots of messages about how to make a quick 400 cal pizza in under half an hour. This is it, my lazygirl pizza with pics and everything!
It is a quick pizza cooked in a hot pan and finished off under the grill rather than the oven. Faster to your plate than the local pizza company. Good to make when you are dying for a pizza but cannot afford the cals that the local dominos delivers.
Ingredients:
Wholemeal Self-Raising Flour, 105 g
White Self Raising Flour Blend, 105 g
Tinned Chopped Tomatoes, 1 container (400 gs ea.)
Fresh Red Chilli - 1
Fresh Garlic, 4 Medium Cloves
White Onion - 1
Baby Courgettes, 600 gms
Italian Grated Parmesan Cheese, 4 gr
Extra Mature Grated Cheese, 60 g
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray, 4 sprays
Soft Goats cheese 100 g
Freshly chopped basil
Put the onions, courgettes and garlic in a pan
Simmer on a low heat until soft
Add the can of tomatoes
Put the lot in a food blender
Now you have made the pizza sauce
Turn on the grill to heat it up

Mix until it looks like a ball of wet paper Sprinkle a good handful of flour on a breadboard Scoop out the wet dough and knead on the breadboard Divide the dough into quarters[/img][img]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v494/ElizaF/Bye_Bye/IMG_0749.jpg DOH! Roll out each quarter as thin (or fat) as you like Spread with the vegetable mix Add the cheese - sprinkle the cheddar and parmesan and spread the goats cheese in clumps Heat a pan on the shove (a heavy flat bottomed one is best) Spray with the Fry light Add the pizzas to the pan (one at a time)[/img][img]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v494/ElizaF/Bye_Bye/IMG_0751.jpg Cook until the base is crispy and moves about in the pan (shake the pan to test)[/img][img]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v494/ElizaF/Bye_Bye/IMG_0752.jpg Move to the grill once the base is cooked Put the pan under the hot grill for 5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and slightly brown[/img]
